We believe great food starts with great people — that’s why we work closely with small, passionate suppliers who care as much about quality as we do.
Our smash patties are made using top-tier meat from Black & White Pig, a local gem known for their high-welfare, flavour-packed produce. And when it comes to dessert, Big Bear Blondies bring the heat with their banging brownies and blondies — handmade, indulgent, and seriously addictive.

Humble Beginnings, Big Flavour
From Pastries to Patties
I’ve been a chef most of my life, and when the pandemic hit, like a lot of people in hospitality, I found myself out of work. With restaurants shut down and no idea what was next, I went back to basics — baking pastries and sausage rolls from home and delivering them around town.
What started as a way to get by quickly turned into a new chapter. A year later, I found a spot and started cooking the kind of food I truly love — proper smash burgers made with care, quality, and big flavour.
BRGR has grown a lot since those early days, but the passion’s never changed. Everything we serve is rooted in that same love for cooking and a belief in doing things properly.
